Casa Franz is situated on a quiet road, which skirts the bay and boasts the most dramatic sea views from its terraces. The resort centre is just a 10 minute walk, whilst the pretty beach is no more than 15 minutes down the hill. The villa is reached through a gated drive, which runs up to the pool terrace level. From here a further short flight of steps lead to the dining terrace. The views from here are simply superb and the sunsets awesome. Large double patio doors then open into a most comfortably furnished air conditioned lounge/dining room decorated in pale green. There is a digital satellite TV (limited English channels including BBC), DVD player and music system, which is piped onto the front terrace for your added enjoyment. Off from the rear of the villa there is a further eating terrace set in a walled garden. The real focal point of this lovely house is the 9 metre pool, which is situated to the front and surrounded by well furnished terraces that catch the sun all day. There is a brick built barbeque for your added enjoyment and the pool enjoys the benefit of solar system heating. A really superb villa for those families who may not wish to hire a car whilst on holiday. |
